The whole point of BrokerShield is a record you can defend. That requires the platform itself to be defensible.
Every record — vetting, evidence file, AI prompt — is scoped to your workspace and enforced at the database layer with row-level security. Other tenants cannot see your data, period.
FMCSA data is captured at booking and stored as-is. The signed PDF can be regenerated but the underlying snapshot for a load never changes.
Files (COI, W-9, packet) live in private storage buckets. Downloads use short-lived signed URLs — no public links.
Email + password and Google sign-in. Email verification on by default. Workspace admins control membership.
Estimated BASIC measures shown in the app are an internal approximation from raw inspection violations — FMCSA no longer publishes raw measures publicly. They are directional and clearly labeled as such throughout the product and PDF.
